Edward M. Boyczuk, D. M. D. graduated from Canisius College with a BS in Psychology in 1980. He then attended Temple University School of Dentistry where he obtained his degree in Doctor Of Dental Medicine in 1984. Dr. Boyczuk completed his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Kings County Hospital Center, New York City, in 1987. A one year fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with an emphasis in Implantology, TMJ Disorders and Orthognathic Surgery was then completed under the direction of Dr. Kenneth Rotskoff in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Boyczuk is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is currently active in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Cleft Palate and Craniofacial Association, American Dental Association, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The American College of Oral Implantology, and currently seeing his second term as Chairman of Continuing Education of the Eighth District Dental Society. He is currently on the active staff as Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons at Mercy Hospital, Our Lady of Victory Hospital, and Erie County Medical Center.

Dr. Boyczuk has been in private practice with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of Western New York, P.C. since 1988. He is married and they have two children.

Mario DiNardo, D.M.D. graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 1979. He then attended Temple University School of Dentistry where he obtained his degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1984. Dr. DiNardo completed his residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital in 1988. Dr. DiNardo has received numerous honors and awards inclusive of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Scholastic Fraternity Award, The Philadelphia County Dental Society Award, Oral Surgery Honor Society, Stomatognathic Honor Society and the St. George Oral Cancer Honor Society.

Dr. DiNardo is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a member of The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons inclusive of its regional affiliations. The American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The American Dental Association and its regional affiliations, The American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, The American College of Oral Implantology, The American Society of Osseointegration and The International congress of Oral Implantologists. He is currently active on the Medical/Dental staff of Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, Our Lady of Victory and the Erie County Medical Center.

Dr. DiNardo has been in private practice with The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of WNY since 1991.

Michael P. Boyczuk, D.D.S. graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Science, Micro-biology in 1986. He then attended SUNY Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine where he obtained his degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1991. Dr. Boyczuk completed his residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Kings County Hospital Center, in New York City, in 1991-1996. On June 30, 1997, a one year fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was obtained with emphasis in Orthognathic, TMJ disorders and Cosmetic Surgery was then completed under the direction of Dr. Kenneth Rotskoff in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Boyczuk is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is currently active in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Dental Associates, Erie County Dental Society, and a member of the Eighth District Dental Society. He is currently on active staff at Mercy Hospital, Our Lady of Victory and Erie County Medical Center.

Dr. Boyczuk has been in private practice with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of Western New York, P.C. since 1997.

* Fred J. Rodems, D.D.S.                    TOP

Fred J. Rodems, D.D.S. graduated from University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry in 1980. Dr. Rodems completed his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Erie County Medical Center in 1981. He then obtained his degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at SUNY Buffalo, School of Dentistry in 1984. He has completed many educational classes since including selected topics in Orthognathics, Advances in Bone Grafting and Tissue Engineering, Management of Maxillary Transverse Deficiencies, Mandibular Asymmetries, TMD, and complications in Orthognathic Surgery.

Dr. Rodems is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is currently active in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, Eighth District Dental Association, State of New York Dental Association. He is an active member of the Western New York Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Rodems is a Clinical Assistant Professor State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry. He is currently on active staff at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, Tri-County Hospital, Mercy Hospital, Our Lady of Victory, and Erie County Medical Center.

Dr. Rodems is married with three children and he currently resides in the Hamburg area.

* William S. Boyczuk, D.D.S., M.D                    TOP

William S. Boyczuk, DDS, MD attended St. John Fisher College as a biology major from 1991 - 1994. He then received his DDS from SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 1998. Dr. Boyczuk completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training from Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA in 2004. During his residency, Dr. Boyczuk recieved his MD from MCP Hehnemann, Philadelphia, PA in 2001. In 2002, Dr. Boyczuk received a certificate for his completion of one year as an Anesthesiology Resident.

Dr. Boyczuk is a member of the ADA, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeries, Eight District Dental Society, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He has privileges at Mercy Hospital and ECMC.

Br. Boyczuk has been in private practice with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Association of WNY since 2004.
